Once we receive your request to sell or rent we will co-ordinate with you to develop a website for your property, which will include pictures of your property and an enquiry form which potential clients will complete.

The enquiry form from your property website will go to the email specified by you. You will handle and manage all matters related to selling or renting of your property. Apart from the initial listing fee there will be no other fees to pay for the next 12 months.

You may want us to handle enquiries from buyers or potential renters and manage these processes. If you require these additional services we will agree with you our below market price fees. Fees agreed will be listed in an agreement between you and us.

Want to buy or rent a property

You can request us to search for a particular type of property in your selected location for buying or renting. We will agree an assignment / search fee with you. Within the agreed time period we will present a short-list of available property in your selected location. This service is particularly suitable for busy people or those making a move to a distant location. In addition this service is well suited to find top of the range property or investment property.
